DOCUMENTATION
Networks are organised around their directories, common references, and information,
in which their formatted presentation permits the automation of their management, control, and access, as well as to extend them by other networks of services.
INTLNET was initially created to publish the co-documented directory of the various participants to the international digital network. It pursued in the three domains of the information on its global organisation, of the analysis of its model, and of the documentation of its possibilities of user-centric usage.

  • INTLFILE

INTLNET each day rebuilds the INTLFILE directory of the intergovernance of the digital namespace and of the naming top zone. It works on the granular deployment of the national, regional, local, and private Common Reference Centres (CRC). It targets a specialised proximity of information, the containment of risks and the confidentiality of the operations of relational networks gathering standalone entities external to the others (externets) and sharing a common context of reference.

  • Network Model

INTLNET supports the ENS (Extended Network Systems) model analysis, which began with Tymnet Extended Services as early as 1984. It considers, integrates, and extends all of the major, sometimes opposing, visions of the datacommunications architectures.

  • Documentation

The mission of INTLNET includes retaining, publishing, and making available studies and documents. It seeks to build and maintain a documentation base of reference on, and for, the technical, economic, societal, and political intergovernance of the digital ecosystem.
