THE WORLD DIGITAL
INTERGOVERNANCE
the digital space granularity results from the diversity of its users' groups,
in which the intergovernance of their governances proceeds by way of catalysis, adherence, and subsidiarity
INTLNET was also created to assist and advise the relations and initial meetings of the intergovernance of the digital ecosystem. It is present in its various areas where it pursues a strategy of catalysis, for the research, promotion, and management of solutions and policies that are necessary for a powerful user-centric utilisation of the world digital resources.

It fights the digital divide in this way, which results from a personal lack of permanent network address and of access to online services, and the "e -colonisation" that results from being over exposed to contents in a foreign language as well as from a foreign culture.

  • Areas of participation

INTLNET is deeply involved in the Legacy Governance (Internet) support of the @large interests, ICANN, IETF, IANA languages base, and ccTLDs. It supports the ITU-I initiative for an "I" sector within the ITU to interface the Internet users and providers, as already exists with the GAC in the ICANN organisation for governments. It is a part of various actions concerning multilingualism, digital defence, territory e-administration, WSIS, etc.

  • Strategic Catalysis

The INTERNET supports its Members in their role of catalysts. It favours a new vision and a sustainable approach of the digital ecosystem, towards solutions that address the needs of users and operators in terms of various forms of bandwidth, services, and economic models. It involves itself within technical developments on an experimental basis, or to addresses a need left without a solution (RDLAB).

  • Programme adviser

INTLNET, is a project "catalyst place" where experienced professionals and project promoters can meet over action plans. This leads INTLNET to study or to be involved in a number of diversified R&D and networking projects, studies, and commercial applications.

If you have a project and want to discuss it, you are welcome to contact the INTLNET Secretariat. Be prepared for the relative simplicity of starting a user oriented network project, to our own disinterest, if you do not follow our methodology (we can only venture ourselves where we feel at ease) and of the incredible amount of human relations and time that it will most probably call for. People will rate you according to your capacity to "survive" and to accompany, in the long term, their efforts that your project will specifically require.
